Baltbaby was created with the vision of becoming the largest online store for baby and children's goods in the Baltics. The brand aims to inspire by offering an exclusive shopping experience, unique added values, and excellent customer service with the best selection from different brands. In the e-store, you can find a wide selection of high-quality brands for babies, children, and mothers.
Purpose and visuals
Navin's mission was to create a user-friendly and fast e-shop that would offer customers a positive shopping experience so that Baltbaby would become their preferred supplier of children's goods.
When creating the e-shop, we focused on making the page as clean and minimalist as possible, we used light and pastel colors to bring customers' focus to the products. It was very important that the page was fast and that the customer journey was clear and unambiguous. The page is scalable on different devices, very fast also on mobile, and pleasant for search engines.
Visual identity

A CVI and brand book were created for Baltbaby, where the style and general impression were established. The whole essence of the brand is minimalistic, modern, and clean.
UX/UI disain
When creating the design, we were guided by the fact that the visitor would have a professional and reliable impression of the company. In the customer journey, we focused on making the purchase quick and convenient.
Development
To ensure the website's speed and ease of use, we used Next.js to develop the website. In order to obtain the maximum capacity of the website and ensure future scalability, the e-shop backend is built on Magento.
We performed an SEO audit on the page, determined the top search terms, and optimized the website's content texts and technical code to meet them. We consulted the client for future content creation.
